Return & Refund Policies

Return Food or Product Policy:

  • In-store or online food orders:                                            We cannot receive returned food orders at this time. If you have issues with your orders please contact us.

  • In-store product purchases:                                               For our bottled and sealed items, we can accept items only 30 days after purchase unopened. If there is any sign of visible tampering we have the right to refuse the return.

  • Online shipped Product returns:                                    We will accept returned online product orders after 15 days of purchase as long as the items have NOT been opened. A refund will not re administered until we receive the products back and inspect them.

Placing your take-out order:                                                                                

 

Receiving your order:

  • Orders typically take about 30 - 35 minutes  to complete. This  will depend on how busy we are. Ask your server when you place your order for updated wait times.

  • After placing your order  you have 1 of 2 options:                                    1)  Stop in to pick up your order and pay                                                                                        or                                                                                     2)  Inform us you would like to curbside pick-up. Call us when              you get here and we will bring out the food to you car.
